It's perfect for my decor, stands tall enough to work next to the tv cabinet thingy. Not too light or heavy. My kittens, crazy wild twin 5mo old kittens haven't even knocked it over again (after the first time) but it didn't break.I cut some thick styrofoam like a florist does, pushed it tight into the top few inches of the vase, punched holes in it, shoved in these plumes and it's perfect!!This is a beautiful floor vase. It’s sturdy and designed well. I tend to look locally for items before getting them on Amazon and comparing prices. Though this one is priced about $15 less than comparable vases I found locally, I still find it to be priced high. But it is so nice.This is a very high quality, relatively lightweight vase. It looks expensive and gives off the perfect boho feel. Its heavy enough to provide base support but not to the point where it’s a burden to carry/move. It’s definitely sturdy too. The color was different than the photos, the advertised photos made the vase look rusty red/brownish color. It turned out to be more of a ivory and sandy color. I actually like the real color better anyway and I don’t regret getting this at all. It turned out to be exactly what my space needed!This is a beautiful wood vase. Very large. Perfect for the pampas grass I chose it for. It's heavy and the bottom stays straight and steady but when moving it the bottom feels somewhat rounded. That has no effect on the stability or shape. I'm going to fill it halfway with some filler paper and then add my Pampas Grass. The Pampas are 43" long but still fall too far down into the vase, hiding a lot of the fullness. I've actually done this many times before with vases that aren't glass in order to make an arrangement look nice and full if the stems are shorter. I think this vase would look nice with ANY style decor. Modern, Farmhouse, even Retro. There's a place for this gorgeous vase in any home. Yes, I would definitely recommend.Beautiful large vase!
