Cool shelf, good wood and well made. I would give it 5 stars if it hadn't arrived damaged. The box was lightly damaged, and by the time we got all the pieces out and unpacked and realized the damage to the product, there was no way we would be able to pack it all in to send it back. I recommend ordering it, but definitely order it prime, and if the box is damaged AT ALL, just send it back for another.This is a beautiful piece, however when I was building it one of the sides was missing the wood bolt insert so that I can screw in the foot of the bookcase. I am unable to find an insert that fits the bolt. How do I contact this manufacturer to get one?It's a true shame because I love the style of this product, but it was CLEARLY used. Yet it was advertised as NEW. I have so many pictures of every board that was split, beat up, broken.. Parts were missing, some parts were already put together. The packaging was a MESS... the styrofoam was broken and went everywhere when I opened it. My office looked like a snowglobe. It was the most frustrating experience I've ever had in purchasing furniture.The edges of the top piece came smashed in. Pain to even try and return this, considering the size and weight.Same complaint as others. They forgot the threaded bolt inserts for two bolt holes. We bought two of them and the second one was complete and looks pretty good. Looks like I will either have to return it or do some drilling and bolt/nut purchasing.
