I like my stool, it has great weight capacity, locking wheels, wide base. In order to get the locking wheels I had to change from the standard height rang stool to the tall stool. The standard stool has a height rage that was good for my height. With the tall stool it’s lowest height is at my maximum. Fortunately that is the height that I will be using. The point is the games being played. The tall stool is $10 more expensive that the standard without locking wheels. No option to have the locking wheels in lieu of the original equipment. The purchase of the upgrade is $40 and you have 5 beautiful wheels setting around with no purpose. I believe that they have made errors in how they package their product. The overall quality once I got through ordering, calling because the description was not what I was provided, showing them that their Amazon photos don’t match the product, them saying they really don’t care, I got the product number I ordered, but not the product I order. So I’m returning the standard stool for the tall stool so that it is safe to use. $10 extra for the wheels I needed and I would have been they satisfied. Now they and I are spending time and money on a return that could have been easily resolved. Oh well.Overall, this stool looks nice and seems to be very sturdy. There is no wobble or instability at all. It rolls smoothly and I don't worry about it scratching the floors. The cushion seems firm, but padded enough.Unfortunately, it has two flaws that we could not handle.1) The base is so wide that it continuously snags your feet when trying to roll it around in the room (whether sitting on it or not). The base would likely work well for an extremely tall person with very long legs or someone who does not move the stool very much (like using it as a desk chair).2) The seat tilt adjustment does not remain in place, despite tightening it as much as possible. We tried many times to get the adjustment to "stick", but it would slowly work it's way back to the original position by the end of the day. While I could live with the oversized base that snagged my feet, daily tilt adjustments are completely absurd. We wanted so badly to like this stool. In the end, we sent it back.Literally everything about this chair is perfect except for just one thing.. the base of the chair is so wide and massive, everyone that comes in my room at work trips over it and also as a dental hygienist, your rooms are not that big to begin with so it’s a tight squeeze in some areas, but that is my only complaint. Husband tripped over the chair constantly when trying to walk around it right after I put it together at home, because it’s easy to underestimate the size of the base bc the seat isn’t as wide as it. Otherwise I love the shape of the seat, that the horn of the seat does not come up at all which is exactly what I was looking for so I can be as close to the patient’s head as possible, the wheels are so smooth like butter and it’s so nice and padded .I am a dental hygienist and I ordered this to help relieve back pain. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I really like it. It helps with my posture and it's comfortable. I wish that the stool had a little more cushion, but even after an 8 hour day, I can still sit on it without any soreness. I also like that the horn of the seat doesn't come up too high. Overall, comfortable and a good option at an affordable price. The seat does tip forward a bit when I sit on it even though I have it tightened all the way, but that's a minor issue I can deal with.I bought this stool to use in the kitchen because I cannot stand for long periods of time. I chose it over other brands because of the design and the higher quality wheels. I was pleased with it, but after sitting in it for a short time, the tilt lock let go and the sudden change in slant almost dumped me on the floor. I tightened it again and again it let go. I had noticed it was mentioned in a few of the reviews that the tilt lock didn't hold, but I thought I would be using it on the lowest tilt anyway. It turns out that I slip off at that setting.I am a dental hygienist and I read on some Facebook groups that this saddle chair was amazing. My co-hygienist bought a saddle chair on sale for $300 and I must say that this one is half the price and way better than the one she purchased. She even said she likes my chair better. The wheels move so smoothly, it is very easy to put together, and it helps tremendously with your ergonomics. I would highly suggest this saddle chair. Don't go buy one of the over $1000 ones. Get this one.I’m 6’0. This stool is intended for sitting to standing. However, the lowest height setting is much higher than you’d expect and, for most people, any higher is off the ground. Additionally, the seat doesn’t tilt nearly enough to have any stability while standing. Combined with the wheels and the wide base, you can’t use this for assisted standing. Better off with a stationary stool that can tilt from its base.Daily use since purchase. I have tried several and this is my favorite. Rolls nicely. Great height. Perfect angle for leg drape. My only gripe is that I can’t get the forward/back angle of the seat as I want it. The knob won’t lock the position down. Overall, great purchase.I will give this a 5/5 for being such good quality for the price. It is very light weight and can be carried with the shoulder strap just fine. However, the seat is just a tad uncomfortable for me unless I sit very far up on it, but others who have tried it loved it. The face cradle took a bit of fidgeting to understand how it works, but is fine. I really love the lightweight and simple elegant design compared to other bulky chairs, and the Color is very nice too. It is very stable. Yes clients should be instructed how to get into it properly as with all chairs. I am very happy to have purchased it and hope to get a lot of use out of it!
