I really like these boots. They seem very durable and are comfortable. I've worn them with jeans and leggings and they look cute with both. They have a lot less insulation around the foot than I expected. If I'm indoors, they're warm enough that my feet will sweat; but though they're rated to -30F, I've worn them out in snow around zero degrees, and my feet started to get pretty cold. The tread is nice and thick and I have great traction on snow and ice. Overall, I really like how they look and fit. Just don't expect them to be made for extreme cold.I really like these boots, but I wish they were a little wider like most of the other Keen shoes I own. They are VERY warm (it was 5 degrees today and my feet were toasty). I love all of my Keen shoes, but these would make me happier if they were wider. I have a neuroma on one of my feet and the slightest bit of toe crowding sets off lots of foot pain, so I need lots of room for my toes, these are really close to being too snug for that reason. Otherwise they are lovely!I was a little skeptical when I first put these boots on whether or not I would love them. But I wore them to take my son trick-or-treating on a 40 degree, rainy, windy night. It was so cold, we were all freezing even in our winter coats. And yet, my feet stayed toasty warm and dry, despite puddles and the fact that I ran out the door without socks! They had great traction on the wet sidewalks and wet grass. I expect that these will serve me well in the upcoming snow and slush. So glad I took a chance on these! These look really nice, are warm, and have good grip, but these also have several flaws. First it's difficult to secure your foot in them, laces don't work. As such it's hard for me to tell whether these are true to size or whether these are too small because my foot moves them. That's actually not good because it's easy to get blue toes that way. Second, they are super heavy, too heavy to walk comfortably for two-three miles with a dog every day. Third, they don't have much arch support. I'm not someone who complains about arch support, but considering how heavy they are and no option to keep the foot from moving inside the shoe, they make me more tired and make my feet hurt more than necessary. I would return them if I could but I don't know if it's possible since I wore them once.Bought these for my daughter, who lives in Winnipeg. They look SUPER cute on her, and she says they are comfortable and toasty warm! Which is good because she walks her dog even when it's very cold. Also: I was very pleased to find a cute woman's boot in this wide width (thank you, Keen!)This is the kind of boot that you want to buy multiples of because they are just THAT comfortable! Great footbed that is heads and tails above my Sorel boots. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the fact that you MUST size up. I am a consistent 8.5, but needed to exchange for a 9.I love this winter boot!!! It is super warm and does really well in deep snow, ice, and slush. I haven't had any problems with it at all! It is also very light which I wasn't expecting. Light and warm, how much better could it get? The only thing was that apparently keens run a bit small. I usually wear and 8 in street shoes so that's what i ordered and they were too small. So i returned the to get an 8.5 and they fit perfectly!!! I definitely recommend!Since it is Spring/almost summer it's hard to tell how warm they will be. I tried them with socks I would wear with them and it was very comfortable. It will probably be one of those warm winters where I won't have a need for them but I am glad I got them.
